The display format for the Canadian Club
information has changed in order to provide clubs with the ability to show
more information about themselves and their activities. Also, the method of
updating this information has also changed. If, after reading this page, you
still have questions, please send an email to

isn't clear. If you're having trouble understanding it, then others are too.
If this is a NEW LISTING, please cut and paste
the blank form below into your Word processor, fill in all blanks,
and send it to
cdn_clubs@rac.ca. Please
don't forget to delete the example entries!
If
this is an UPDATE, please cut and paste your current
clubs information into your word processor, identify the information to be
changed (such as: note the new meeting dates), and send it to
cdn_clubs@rac.ca.
Note: If your club is incorporated please let us know by
appending the suffix INC. to the club name. If you are including repeater information
please don't forget PL tones if appropriate. Those of you familiar
with the previous version of this form will notice that we have eliminated
the entry for the the club executive. We felt that as long as a
contact and mailing address was shown, listing the club executive was
redundant. When supplying your club web site. please include the
http:// prefix.
Note: The fields are free form, so you can put any text you want in the
boxes. The more descriptive you make it, the easier it will be for readers
to understand. Please don't forget to delete the example entries.

In order to be an RAC
affiliated Club you must 1) have a written constitution, and 2) your
club policies are not in conflict with those of Radio Amateurs of Canada. If
you want to be a RAC affiliated club, and you meet the requirements, please
say so in the field "RAC Afiliated Club Number' above. RAC will
assign you a number.
