Making a Contribuution to the RAC Foundation

Amateur Radio has enriched your life. It may have even contributed to your education and career.

	It's pretty easy. No contribution is too small.
	Your cheque, money order or credit-card contribution payable to "The RAC Foundation" will help in so many ways. Please submit a completed Donor Information and Designation Form.

When Making a Memorial Contribution

Please send along the name and address of the family or next of kin of the Silent Key (deceased) so that we might notify them of your gift. As with any contribution, we always provide you with a receipt for tax purposes. Your name, address, callsign, with the Silent Key name should be noted in your cover letter. Please also submit a completed Donor Information and Designation Form.

When Making a Contribution In Honour

If you are making a special contribution in honour of a living Elmer (mentor), friend or relative or marking a special ham-related anniversary, we'd like to know that, too. Your name will be listed in The Canadian Amateur (though we will honour requests for anonymity). Your generosity will be appreciated by many! Please also submit a completed Donor Information and Designation Form

When Making a Contribution by Life Insurance Beneficiary

You can name RAC Foundation as beneficiary of a life insurance policy on which you pay the premiums. Such premiums can be quite small compared with the benefit to RAC Foundation. Please complete and submit the Donor Information and Designation Form Keep one photocopy with the insurance policy and send another to the insurance company.

When Making a Contribution by Bequest

The RAC Foundation Simple Will Kit contains several options which are useful when you are considering naming RAC Foundation as a beneficiary of your Will. You may wish to complete and submit the Donor Information and Designation Form (see reverse side of this sheet). Keep the original with the will and a copy with your attorney.
