The Board of Directors of RAC is composed of seven Regional Directors elected by the membership, and is chaired by the President. All directors, as well as the President, are volunteers, and serve without remuneration. The RAC Board is responsible for the policies which guide and direct Radio Amateurs of Canada. RAC Board meetings are held by monthly teleconference. Minutes are posted once the draft minutes are accepted at the subsequent monthly Board teleconference meeting, but are subject to errors and/or omissions and to formal adoption by the Board at the next Annual Board Meeting.
