Non-Bureau Countries Prefix List

Countries with prefixes listed on this page have no Incoming QSL Bureau, so cards cannot be forwarded to these prefixes.  Your outgoing cards for Non-Bureau Countries will be returned to you from the RAC Outgoing QSL Bureau via the Provincial Incoming Bureau serving you.

* The T9 Incoming QSL Bureau will not handle QSL cards to these prefixes for contacts after May, 1993.
