The northwestern Ontario training schedule is now out. Training will take place from June 15 to June 18 in Thunder Bay, Fort Frances, Kenora and Dryden. Lakehead Region Conservation Authority is supporting the training this year in Thunder Bay by offering there multi-purpose room for the event. I still need to nail down the venues for Fort Frances and Dryden and that information will be included in the next training notification in the next couple of weeks. The Red Cross in Kenora is again supporting the training and RSVPs to the afternoon or evening session at this location can be sent to .

There has also been a venue change for the CANWARN session in New Liskeard on May 27. It will now take place at the College Boreal located at 280 Armstrong S North.
