On Saturday May 26, 2018, the country of Denmark is celebrating His Royal Highness Crown Prince Frederik’s 50th birthday.
For this reason, the Experimental Danish Radio Amateurs association (EDR for short) will activate four special radio stations with the call signs OZ5ØHRH/xx, 5PØHRH/xx and from Greenland the call signs OX5ØHRH and OX5HRH.
On May 26 from 00:00 UTC until 23:59 UTC, these four call signs will be active on many Amateur Radio bands and with CW, SSB, RTTY and several digital modes. All bands, including WARC-bands, and all modes may be used. Exceptions are cross-mode, cross-band contacts and contacts via repeater or echo-link.
With FT and JT modes the call signs 5PØHRH/xx and OX5HRH will be used.
