Now you can be readily identifiable as an Emergency Communications volunteer

and part of the national RAC Amateur Radio Emergency Service.

As requested by many ARES operators, an official RAC ARES EMCOMM safety vest is now available to members of the RAC ARES across Canada, to go hand in hand with the new national ARES Photo ID card

This high-quality vest includes a sewn-on embroidered RAC ARES crest, an epaulette for a speaker-mic clip, a pen pocket and a convenient pocket to hold most any of today's hand-held VHF/UHF transceivers.  May be worn open or closed using the three Velcro fasteners.

Highly visible day/night fluorescent green colour recognized by most emergency agencies, with black border, 3M reflective strips front and back, and bilingual text "EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS D'URGENCE" across the back.

Made in Canada of long-wearing 100% Polyester.

One size (50-inch chest, 25-inch length) readily accommodates up to size XL.  Call the RAC office to discuss custom-made orders of other sizes.

Specially priced to reflect a subsidy from the ARES Support Donation Fund and quite considerably less than cost.  Please order through RAC Headquarters (1-877-273-8304) or the RAC Online Store.
