Note: this webpage is for renewals by RAC members in Canada only. If you are located in another country please go to the US and International Renewals webpage.
On behalf of Radio Amateurs of Canada, we would like to thank you for your continued support. Your membership has helped RAC in its two primary tasks: to support and promote Amateur Radio in Canada and internationally; and to provide valuable programs and services to RAC members.
Our records indicate that your membership will expire sometime in the near future and we would appreciate it if you would please renew your membership today by following the instructions provided below.
RAC Office has been closed temporarily
As a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic, the RAC Head Office in Ottawa has been closed temporarily to ensure the safety of RAC operating staff, volunteers and visitors. Through the wonders of technology, we continue to monitor and respond to telephone calls and to email messages sent to RAC HQ and the majority of activities and responsibilities of the RAC administration are now being performed remotely
Unfortunately, some activities requiring equipment and resources at the RAC Office cannot be completed and this includes the regular RAC Membership Renewal notices that are usually mailed out on a monthly basis. As a result we have provided several options for renewing your membership as described below.
Renewal Options Available:
You may renew your membership:
- Online: by completing the renewal form provided below or by clicking on the “Join Radio Amateurs of Canada” logo on the top right of this webpage. Payments must be made by credit card or by PayPal.
- By phone: by calling 877-273-8304 from 10 am to 4 pm EST/EDT, Monday through Friday (except statutory holidays). You may pay by credit card or you may send a cheque for the appropriate amount to the RAC head office.
- By mail: if you prefer to have your renewal form processed via standard mail, you can download an application for your region by clicking on the appropriate link below. You may need to adjust your printer’s settings to reduce the print size by clicking on “Fit”, “Shrink oversized pages” or reducing the scale to 90%. Once the form has been completed please mail it to the address provided below.
