"Regulations Relating to Antennas": May-June 2025 TCA
Our regulator, Innovation Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), has rules governing the use and installation of antenna systems. These are contained in an ISED policy document called “Radiocommunication and Broadcasting Antenna Systems” (CPC-2-0-03). In this issue of the Regulatory Roundup column (May-June 2025 TCA) I describe these rules and provide some tips on dealing with municipalities.
