The Canada-Wide Science Fair (CWSF) is now underway in Regina, Saskatchewan. As described on their website, “CWSF brings science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) out of the classroom – engaging youth in STEM solutions to real world issues. CWSF is a celebration of Canada’s brightest young minds and an inspiring exploration in STEM for the thousands of visitors.” In addition to the Science Fair,  CWSF also features engaging speakers and the STEAM 2017 Festival of Learning: “stimulating, fun, interactive science programming designed to inspire the next generation of youth and engage one and all.” Radio Amateurs of Canada is pleased to sponsor the Regina Amateur Radio Association’s booth at the event as part of our combined efforts to engage youth in Amateur Radio through events like these and through RAC’s Youth Education Program. RAC would specifically like to thank Daniel Dion, VE5DLD, for organizing the booth and for giving RAC the opportunity to take part in the event.
